Summary

 

Create My Short List
Once you have commenced a search you can ‘Short List’ jobs that you might want to look at more closely or even apply for later. It is essentially like a shopping trolley that you use to collect interesting jobs or jobs that might be worth applying for, along the way.

You can shortlist in one of two ways:

        1. Check the box next to the jobs that are of interest to you as you scan your search results and select the ‘Short List’ button. This method is fast! You can do this without fully reviewing the ad.

 

        1. If you prefer you can view each ad fully as you review your search results. From the job ad page, click the ‘shortlist’ icon next to the ad.

 

You can review your shortlisted jobs from ‘My Shortlist’ and take action accordingly.

 

Manage My Short List
'My Short List’ will house any jobs you decide to short list. You can add jobs to ‘My Short List’ at any time during subsequent searches You can remove jobs from ‘My Short List’ that you no longer need to keep as you review it. To review ‘My Short List’, select ‘My Short List’ from your 'My Broadcast' page.

 

You also have the ability to add ‘My Notes’ to each of your Short Listed jobs. To review your notes, select ‘My Notes’ in ‘My Broadcast’.
